How we handle allergies, illness, pick-up and outdoor play.
Every child’s file lists allergies, emergency contacts and the adults authorised to collect them. Our kitchens are nut-aware, and any child with a serious allergy has a written plan posted in their room.
Children who are unwell stay home until they have been symptom-free for 24 hours, and we always tell families the same day if illness is spreading in a room.
